Terms Of Service
1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission under any circumstance.

2. Payment must be made before I start. I do not take payment plans.

3. There will be extra fees applied for commercial rights.

4. Refunds are available, the refund fee will vary based on different factors (i.e. if I have started your commission, if I offer the refund, if the product is finished, etc).

5. Under no circumstances will I create anything that constitutes hate speech, endorses topics such as pedophilia, racism, abuse, etc, and I will not draw art that targets a specific person.

6. You may reupload my work as long as you credit PSK or PaintSplatKat with a link to my Instagram. Artwork must contain the watermark.

7. Changes should be requested as I provide progress updates, I will not change the product at the end unless there are errors within the product.

8. I only take payment through PayPal. I also only take real currency as payment, and my prices are listed in GBP.

9. My turnaround time depends on the product being made but is generally a few weeks if it's a larger project, if not, a working week.

B1. I will not use an illegal voices, such as cracked software and voicebanks without permission from the voicer, even if it is provided by the client.

Artwork TOS
C1. I do not work from written character descriptions or traditional references with no digital colour pallet. I require a digital reference sheet.

C2. My main pratice is with human art, but I will draw furries and simple mechanical characters (TV heads for example). Please be aware that there may be a lack of skill in that area.

C3. My art is not to be used for Web3 purposes, including but not limited to NFT and cryptocurrency.

C4. My work will not be used to train an AI.
